1. Acceptance
By using VESSEL (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VESSEL is a habit and ritual tracking app that helps you track daily rituals, collect gems, and view your progress in a calendar and vault. The Service may include a free tier and a paid “VESSEL Pro” subscription with additional features (e.g. themes, templates, integrations, Spotify, reports).
3. Account and Conduct
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in a way that harms others or the Service.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of the content you create (rituals, tasks, projects, etc.). We process and store it as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
VESSEL Pro is billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and our billing policies. Fees are charged in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy (e.g. within a stated window after purchase).
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g. Google Calendar, Spotify). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. VESSEL is a productivity and habit-tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional advice (e.g. medical, legal, or financial).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g. in-app or by email).
